My final piece
I have used my architecture images to create a final piece of all the pictures and transforming it into something attractive. I have put the background of our school and which really looks like the main building and then I have put the main entrance block at the top right hand corner to make it look like a building at the back. As well as this on the top left hand corner I have put the shed and a little library building at the top of that building because it really stood out and looks like it's part of the shed when you enter from the door it makes you wonder what is behind it. Also the physical education building on the left hand side with the grey ceiling for the sports hall has windows on them because I think that this really looked interesting and amusing and it looked like it's part of the building but a whole in the middle where you can see the outside of the sports hall. Also I put some oval and circle shapes on the windows to make them look like some parts of the windows are missing and make it into a distinctive, unique and modern shape.
On the other hand I tried to grab the audience attention by making some parts of the buildings brighter by using the adjustment tool and lighten tool because it looks attractive and eye catching. However I put a nature picture at the front of all the buildings like logs, leaves and branches to add some new colour because it looked really cool and I tried to do some nature in it and well as landscapes. I did this by lightening the image and moving it about with the mouse tool because it looked imaginative and creative. As well as putting the nature picture I added some glow into the architecture by putting the moving lights at the top from the how light works experiment that we did from the torches when we move them about and we captured them from a camera, I did a white and purple colour instead of the white it normally was because I tired to add different colours and not the everyday colours that we see and I added some dark blue sizzling bits onto the moving lights to make it look different and I used the lighten tool to make it lighter otherwise the picture would be pitch black because we had to do this experiment in the dark.
Moreover I put people into the picture because I wanted to realize that the place is really joyful and happy by the smiles on their face and the students laughing on the balcony. I had to darken the people by using the darken tool because it would look too light and look like they are part of the building and look camouflaged. Also I got some inspiration from another project that somebody else did but changed it a little and doing something completely different to them. Also I tried to use the rule of thirds in my final piece and the golden ratio from the buildings, people, nature and the moving lights and this makes it a strong image. As well as this I also used the other tools that I used in my redesigning Leicester project because they were quite similar.
